How do I retrieve a config from Savant System Host?

  1. Launch system monitor and highlight your System Host.
  2. Click the mount button in the upper left side  of System Monitor
  3. Authenticate with the default username and password of "RPM"
  4. Select the RPM user and navigate to Library-->Application Support-->RacePointMedia folder and locate the userConfig RPM Bundle.
  5. Right-click on the bundle and select "Compress"
  6. Drag the "userconfig.zip" file to your desktop
